Our Solution

INSPIRE.Insight is our solution to all European organisations with commitments to publish and share geospatial data in compliance with the INSPIRE framework.

It is a multi-tiered consultancy and implementation programme that addresses the different aspects of INSPIRE-compliancy and caters for different organisational sizes, requirements, roles, and budgets.

The different service levels provide the building blocks required to achieve INSPIRE compliancy. The approach and offering is very flexible. Depending on your needs, you can simply select the specific service level you require, from downloading a free INSPIRE data model, comprehensive consultancy to fully outsourcing your geodata management process to M.O.S.S.

The INSPIRE.Insight levels

0 | Free Data Model

Our entry level offering is supplied at no cost. We provide a ArcGIS data model for collecting, centralising, and transforming data by schema mapping to an INSPIRE compliant schema which supports the INSPIRE concept of data interoperability.

1 | Assessment and Consultancy

We will carry out an information audit and systems review within your organisation to get a picture of the infrastructure and data available, including metadata. On completion you will collect, centralise and transform your relevant data to an INSPIRE compliant schema based on our ArcGIS data model.

2 | Assessment and INSPIRE Data Centralisation & Transformation

On completion of an information audit and systems review at your organisation we collect, centralise and transform your relevant spatial data to a single geodatabase (ArcGIS based), either a single time or repeatedly at regular predetermined time intervals. We provide full schema mapping to the INSPIRE compliant data schema.

3 | INSPIRE Data Flow

Using our novaFACTORY solution for advanced spatial data management you will automate the seamless flow of spatial data from your data repository to the structure and format required by the INSPIRE Implementing Rules (leveraging our ArcGIS data model).

4 | INSPIRE Workflow

We deliver an end-to-end solution for INSPIRE compliant geodata management, based on our proven software solutions novaFACTORY and envVision. The solution is scalable and can easily be integrated into exisiting infractructures at your organisation. A short training will enable you to manage the process on your own.

5 | Outsourcing

Contract with us to hold, manage and publish your spatial data and data services for you. INSPIRE.Insight outsource is a suite of software, processes and professional services designed to provide a complete INSPIRE data infrastructure solution, including all necessary mechanisms and processes:

• geodata authoring and management
• publishing services
